Jim Perry

Founding Partner and President
Jim Perry has over 30 years’ experience working in health care marketing and sales. Jim received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in science education and instructional design. He taught eighth grade science prior to entering into the pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic industries. Jim has held numerous field sales and internal management positions during his years in the industry. He started his health care career in field sales at Bayer and then ICN where he held field sales, hospital sales, and regional sales management positions. During Jim’s tenured career, he has also held management positions at market research firms including IMS, NOP, as well as a consultant to several smaller market research firms. Jim has also worked for several health care advertising firms including CommonHealth, Saatchi and Saatchi, and Cline, Davis and Mann, in increasing levels of account responsibility. While at these agencies, Jim has led account teams on several existing products and new product launches. Jim’s medical education and communications experience was developed at several companies including ProCom, Excerpta Medica, and MediTech Media. Prior to starting Salveo Health Communications, Jim started and managed the Medical Education Division at Educational Resource Systems (ERS).

Greg Johnson

Founding Partner and Vice-President
Greg Johnson has a proven history of organizing, executing, and delivering detailed, results-oriented marketing research in a timely manner and within budget. Greg has more than 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including extensive experience as a sales representative, hospital representative and district manager sales manager at Johnson & Johnson. He also held Product Director Positions at Johnson and Johnson, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Purdue Pharma where he was responsible for all facets of strategic and tactical brand management. In 1992 Greg founded SBR-inc.com" target="_blank">SBR and has since navigated the growth of SBR by positioning the company as a premiere primary marketing research consulting company. Greg has extensive experience in fielding studies both with physicians, patients and with managed care decision-makers. In the summer of 2009, Greg was selected by the PharmaVOICE Magazine as being one of the Top 100 Most Influential Industry Executives.

Tony Maiore

Senior Director, New Business Development
Tony has 15 years of experience marketing medical devices in both the hospital and alternate site markets. He has worked across all marketing disciplines, starting as a product manager for radiology devices with downstream commercial responsibility in the US Market. Tony then assumed world wide responsibility for those products managing a global team of marketing professionals. He then moved on to a product development role, leading all commercial activities related to the development of a next generation infusion pump. Prior to joining Salveo, Tony lead all marketing efforts at Baxter Healthcare related to entering and growing the alternate site market.

Charles Petrozzini

MBA - Business Consultant
Chuck leads the business consulting function at Salveo Health with particular focus on sales training and performance excellence. He has held positions at several pharmaceutical companies leading and driving the sales training and sales force excellence teams. In these roles he has designed and implemented numerous national sales, new product launch and regional plan of action meetings. He has also performed needs analysis, designed strategic options, developed tactical approaches, and implemented plans to address training needs and sales force excellence. He has also designed an implemented organizational strategies and change through the sales, training and marketing departments for several companies. Chuck has also worked as a National Sales, Marketing and Operations Director, Infectious Disease for a major pharmaceutical company, designing and executing brand and sales strategy. Chuck holds a MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Jim Arsenault

Director of Business Development

James “Jimmy” Arsenault is an accomplished sale’s professional with over 25 years of experience, marketing and selling strategic programs to Fortune 500  Companies. He’s also an inventor and in his spare time has patented a couple of products that are currently on the market and available to the consumer and medical communities. Jimmy’s early experience focused on medical publishing and the creation of customized programs specifically designed to increase the market share and profits of his clients. This was accomplished via peer-to-peer KOL meetings, journal publishing and a mix of print and customized programs. He also has a multi-disciplinary background including advertising, publishing, digital, direct-to-consumer, direct-to-patient and direct-to-Healthcare Professional promotional and educational experience. Jimmy is a business builder with achievements is sales, long term strategic planning, product launches, new product development, and business development. Jimmy is happily married to his wife of 34 year’s, Patty and they have three great adult children, Kathleen, Timothy and Erin. Jimmy and Patty met in high school and have spent their entire lives living in Long Island, NY. Jimmy is an avid sportsman and enjoys golfing, skiing, biking, walking and days at the beach.

Steve Wisneski

Business and Marketing Consultant

Steve has over 19 years of experience and is part of the marketing consulting division at Salveo Health focusing on multi-channel communications. Steve is a marketer possessing a high degree of expertise in developing strategic, creative, and actionable business solutions while promoting brand success for pharmaceutical clients. Steve’s marketing focus spans HCP professional, medical education, consumer/patient engagement, hospital/IDN, business to business, managed markets, and market research landscapes. Steve has held leadership positions at several health care advertising agencies including FCB Health, Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, Sudler & Hennessey/Intramed Educational Group, and Saatchi and Saatchi Wellness. In these roles he has developed and implemented 14 brand launches as well as training and life cycle management/growth stewardship for 25 Rx and OTC brands. Steve holds a Masters from Kean University.

Tina Magill

Director, Client Services
Tina has over fourteen years of HCP marketing, market development, program planning and pharma industry experience. She also has business development experience in both start-up and mid-large size organizations. Prior to joining Salveo in 2015, Tina was an accomplished pharmaceutical sales representative over several therapeutic areas at Lilly USA, an operations manager for a team of remote and in-house meeting planners at Cardinal Health, a national sales director and account director for a team of virtual pharmaceutical representatives at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, a marketing and sales director for the Cardiometabolic Health Congress and a marketing manager/brand team member responsible for US and global commercialization of a Phase III product at NicOx. Over the years Tina has also serviced clients in both the medical device and pharmaceutical arenas in providing strategic consulting and project management. Tina graduated with honors from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Ann Sikora

Project Manager

Ann has over 20 years of project management experience and has been working with Salveo since 2014. In this capacity Ann is responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects assigned to her. At Salveo and over the course of her career she has managed a variety of project types ranging from one-on-one meetings to thought leader databases. She is skilled at organizing all the necessary parts and players to bring a project to a successful conclusion from all aspects—content, time and budget. She is dedicated to her clients’ goals and brings a wealth of experience not only to them, but her colleagues as well. Ann has a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Boston University.

Mindy Gollin

Project Manager

Mindy is a dedicated Project Manager with 20+ years’ experience in project management and corporate meeting planning. Working with Salveo since its inception in 2014, she is a detailed oriented professional with strengths in client needs analysis, compliance, budget management and logistics. She is responsible for all aspects of her projects, including targeted recruitment and audience generation for our clients. Mindy started her professional career in the telecommunications industry as a Project Manager, working in the Education and Training division of Human Resources. She participated in on-campus recruitment, train-the-trainer programs and managed all meeting space and vendor management for the organization. Mindy has a BA in Communications Sciences from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, NJ as well as a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.

Kristen Bushka

Sr. Director, Project Management

Kristen has ten years of marketing research experience and joined SBR in 2007. In her tenure at SBR, Kristen has moderated several patient studies as well as in-person and telephone interviews with several physician specialties. Kristen has designed both qualitative and quantitative surveys across the product lifecycle, including new product opportunity assessments, product positioning, and concept/message development. Prior to joining SBR, Kristen worked for a leading national qualitative research chain where she was a senior project manager, overseeing the management of both quantitative and qualitative projects ranging from multi-market to international. Kristen graduated from John Carroll University with a B.A. in English.

John Briley

Operations Manager

John has nearly 20 years of market research experience with specific background in field management. John began his market research career at TNS Intersearch and was promoted from within to moderate for both consumer and medical research studies. John also spent time working as a Senior Project/Multi-Market Manager for one of the top qualitative research facility-chains where he oversaw the management of multi-market projects and maintained daily interactions with clients and recruiters.
